Common help topics

I can’t use voice input

Make sure Journella has permission for both Microphone and Speech Recognition in iOS Settings. Voice transcription depends on both.

Apple Calendar or Apple Reminders is not showing my data

Open Journella settings and check that full access has been granted for the relevant Apple integration. Then use Refresh Apple imports.

Why is AI behaving differently on different devices?

Journella supports Local AI and Remote AI. Local AI availability depends on device support, while Remote AI uses cloud processing.

I can’t find something I created

Use Search to look across notes, tasks, and events. You can also reopen items from the Home screen sections and item shortcuts.

Do I need an account?

Journella includes sign-in and registration flows, but not every feature necessarily requires authentication. Account-related issues should include the email address you used when contacting support.
